Desire handbags is based in Longridge Lancashire they sell designer handbags and accessories through their large retail store, eBay and their online presence www.desirehandbags.co.uk.
About the development
In March 2011 I was approached by desire handbags to quote them for an eCommerce solution, the brief was simple: Dont break the bank, accept paypal payments, with these simple instructions I investigated may "off the shelf" eCommerce packages (Budget and time constraints rulled out custom development) after weighing up the pros and cons of each solution found we settled on nopCommerce.
Development/Customisation began in June 2011 and carried on through July.
The site was promoted to the live server at the beginning of August and accepted its first order the day after, at the time of writing the site has been live for 15 days and adverts have just gone out... the future looks good for Desire Handbags.
